For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Your personal data may be processed to:
- • Manage the queries or requests received, such as information requests, documents or proposals.
- • Manage the sending of commercial communications or newsletters through any channel, including digital means (such as e-mail and web notifications) about news, courses, activities, company or third-party events, products, services, offers and promotions related to the activities developed by everis and/or their Group.
For how long do we keep your data?
Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose for which it was submitted.
In regard to the sending of commercial communications, the data shall be processed until the interested party request it be removed.
What are the legitimate interests for processing your data?
User data is processed only with the express and informed consent to do so, and is always processed for the purpose established in the section on the same.
To whom is your data sent?
Personal data that you provide us may be sent to entities of the everis Group, some of which are located outside the European Economic Area. An updated list of the entities part of Grupo Everis is available to you at https://www.everis.com/spain/es/group-companies and all of them specialise in activities related to the provision of consultancy services.
Furthermore, please note that your personal data may be passed on to Data Processors, including and not limited to, the following technology suppliers, some having processing/support centres located outside the Economic European Area:
– AMAZON, with servers in the European Union and under the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, for the management of Web Site information (Amazon-Web Services).
– SALESFORCE, located in the USA and under the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement for the creation of on-line forms.
We guarantee that, as the case may be, should your data leave the European Economic Area, the same level of protection provided for in the European directive for data protection shall be maintained. In view of the foregoing, international data transfers shall be performed (i) to countries with an adequate level of protection recognized by the European Commission (ii) in accordance with the provision of the appropriate guarantees such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules or (iii) by virtue of the authorization from the competent supervisory authority or other assumptions provided for in the regulations.
What are your rights?
You can revoke your consent rendered at any time, as well as request the Company to confirm whether your personal data is being processed by our Company and, if this is the case, access the same. Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data or on other grounds, as the case may be, request the same to be removed when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was submitted.
Furthermore, in certain circumstances, you may request that the use of your personal data be limited to only keeping the same for the exercising or defending of any legal claims. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in determined circumstances. We will cease to process your data, except under compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercising or defending of any legal claims. Lastly, where appropriate, you may exercise your portability right to obtain your data in electronic format or that the same is transferred to another entity.
